The Admission Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales by converting leads into student enrollments . This position involves contacting potential students, explaining course offerings, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth admission process. The role demands excellent communication, sales skills, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Calling: Contact prospective students from provided leads.
• Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture interest and close sales.
• Course Counseling: Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and benefits.
• Needs Assessment: Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Handling Objections: Address concerns and doubts to facilitate enrollment.
• Achieving Targets: Meet individual and team admission goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine lead strategies.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversion status in the CRM.
• Reporting: Generate and submit progress reports on admissions and targets.
• Process Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth enrollment and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
