JAIN(Deemed-to-be University) invites applications for the role of Academic Counselor at Jayanagar, Bengaluru.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Job Title : Academic Counselor

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage qualify leads and convert them into enrollments.
• Providing in-depth information about the courses we offer. This includes face to face interaction, counseling through phone, email and chat.
• Handling large number of calls per day (100+) and meet weekly/ monthly targets.
• Flexibility to travel within Bangalore for Expo / Events etc. (only when required)
• Flexibility to travel to JIRS campus for training / parent counselling etc (only when required)

Qualification & Skills:

Graduate/Post Graduate from any discipline.

Candidates having an experience of 2-5years (educational institution, counselling / admissions preferably)

Experience in school/ college/university preferred.

Experience of telecalling and EdTech preferred.

Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong planning and people reading skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Outstanding persuasion skills to resolve issues of students.
