Job role :
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing students based on provided lists, leads, or databases.Introduce university products or services to studesnts and explain their features, benefits, and pricing. Engage in active listening to understand their needs and preferences. Provide accurate information about products or services and answer their inquiries. Persuade studesnts to purchase products or services or schedule appointments, as per campaign objectives. Follow predefined scripts and sales processes while adapting communication style to individual student interactions.Maintain a high level of professionalism and student service standards during all interactions.Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales revenue.Handle student objections and concerns effectively, striving to overcome obstacles and close sales.
