Are you passionate about guiding individuals towards their goals? ACL, a leading institution in Spoken English training and Personality Development, is seeking dynamic female candidates to join our team as Admission Counselors for our esteemed branches in Indira Nagar, Lucknow.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Conduct counseling sessions for walk-in inquiries, following established procedures.
• Collaborate with the Manager daily for smooth operations and communication.
• Embrace a six-day workweek with dedication.
• Showcase strong English communication skills.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in a supportive team environment.
• Prior experience in coaching or counseling preferred.
Work Hours:
• Day Shift: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Evening Shift: 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm
• Morning Shift: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Salary: (NEGOTIABLE)
•Educational Coaching/Institute Counselors will be given preference
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
