Job Description
University Admissions Counselor - Career Point University, Kota
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel prospective students and parents about university programs, admission criteria, and career opportunities.
• Assist students through the admission process, including application guidance, documentation, and fee payment.
• Conduct telephonic, email, and in-person follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments.
• Represent the university at education fairs, seminars, and school/college visits.
• Maintain and update student databases and track progress through CRM tools.
• Coordinate with academic departments to provide accurate program details to applicants.
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and admission management systems.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• English Fluency
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
• Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, or sales is advantageous.
