Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Principal, Regional Head, faculty, and administrators to develop and implement admission criteria and standards.
• Design and execute marketing strategies to attract and recruit prospective students.
• Review and evaluate applications to ensure completeness and adherence to admission criteria.
• Administer and coordinate admissions tests and interviews.
• Conduct market outreach activities to target and recruit prospective students.
• Act as the primary contact for prospective students and their families, addressing queries related to courses and the admissions process.
• Manage the admissions process, including prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, generating proposals, negotiating, and closing.
• Maintain accurate records of admissions activities, including application files and reports.
• Generate and analyze reports to track lead progress and provide insights.
• Report key metrics weekly, including campaign performance analysis.
• Support marketing initiatives as required by management.
• Handle inquiries via phone and in-person visits.
• Resolve admission-related issues in consultation with the Regional Head.
• Capture and enter student information accurately into the system.
• Increase walk-ins through strategic follow-ups on leads and referrals.
• Maintain confidentiality of all data.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role within the education industry.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
