Lakhotia College is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager for its Tarnaka campus. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving admissions and admissions counseling activities, ensuring the achievement of enrollment targets and maintaining high standards of student acquisition and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Admissions Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to meet enrollment targets.
• Execute outreach programs, events, and campaigns to attract prospective students.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the college's programs, admission criteria, and benefits to effectively counsel prospective students.
• Sales and Counseling:
• Conduct personalized admissions counseling sessions with prospective students and their families.
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process, addressing queries and concerns professionally.
• Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational consultants, and other stakeholders to promote the college.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, academic advisors, and administration to streamline admissions processes.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Track admissions metrics and prepare regular reports on performance against targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student feedback to recommend improvements to the admissions process.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate the admissions counseling team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Provide training and ongoing support to ensure continuous improvement in admissions counseling skills.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in admissions counseling, sales, or a related field within the education sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire prospective students.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of admissions processes, educational trends, and competitive landscape in higher education.
• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop a team.
