Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Counselor to join our team. As a counselor, you will provide support to individuals facing personal, emotional, or psychological challenges. You will work closely with clients to develop coping strategies, provide guidance, and offer a safe space for discussion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients.
• Assess and evaluate clients' needs, including mental health concerns, emotional struggles, and life challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain confidential and accurate client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Conduct workshops and support groups as needed.
• Stay updated on best practices, counseling techniques.

Qualifications :

• A master's degree in counseling, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in counseling or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, non-judgmental support to diverse clients.
