Job Title: Admission OfficerCompany: Vedantu Learning Centre, CoimbatoreLocation: Coimbatore, Tamil NaduEmployment Type: Full-time:Vedantu Learning Centre, Coimbatore, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Admission Officer to join our team. As an Admission Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing the admissions process and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for potential students and their families. You will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, addressing their queries, and providing information about our academic programs and services.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound communication with prospective students and parents.- Assist in managing the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment.- Provide detailed information about Vedantu's programs, courses, and offerings.- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents to assess their needs and provide appropriate solutions.- Maintain and update student records in the database and ensure all documents are accurately filed.- Follow up with leads, assist in registration, and ensure all necessary steps are completed on time.- Collaborate with the academic team to schedule assessments, orientations, and other enrollment-related activities.- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.- Provide a high level of customer service, maintaining positive relationships with both parents and students.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.- Proven experience in admission counseling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.- Strong communication skills in both English and Tamil (spoken and written).- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and database management.Preferred Skills:- Previous experience in the education industry or admissions field.- Knowledge of Vedantu's courses and online learning platforms is a plus.- Ability to effectively communicate with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.Why Join Vedantu Learning Centre?- Work in a dynamic and growing educational environment.- Competitive salary and benefits.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- A collaborative and supportive team culture.Salary - 4.0LPA - 4.5LPA + IncentivesHow to Apply:- If you are passionate about education and have a drive to help students achieve their academic goals, we would love to hear from you!- Please mention in comment / dm your resume .
