Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Cold calling leads & handle direct enquires to deliver courses to qualified leads & reaching out to parents/decision makers thereby enrolling them to courses.
• Communicate with parents or guardians when appropriate, especially if students are underage or require additional support.
• Coordinate with trainers to schedule and manage classroom sessions on time
• Manage the general office operations
• Market the course to the walk-in customer and bring them on board
• Handle customer queries and feedback periodically
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material and answer questions and address complaints.
• Monitor office supplies and training kits and place orders when necessary.
• Maintain sales and other report in up to date as daily basis.
• Maintaining good relationship with the students and parents
• Work Timings = Wednesday - Monday (10am-7pm), Tuesday - Off

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Any Degree related to Marketing or Electronics
• 0-3 years experience in Marketing/ Inside Sales
• Candidates with (1-5)year of Experience in Marketing/Student Counselling/Inside Sales is an added advantage
• Good communication skill in English is must
• Individually manage a branch without any issues
