We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team and help guide prospective students on their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Counselling & Guidance:

Engage with prospective students to understand their educational needs and career goals, guiding them to suitable courses.

Lead Management:

Follow up on leads generated through various channels (website, social media, referrals, etc.) and convert them into admissions.

Admissions Process:

Assist students throughout the admission process, including application, documentation, and enrollment.

Information Dissemination:

Provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, scholarships, and other program-related details.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.

Feedback & Reporting:

Collect feedback from students and provide regular reports on admissions progress and insights for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any field. A background in Marketing or Education Counselling is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum [Specify Years] years of experience in educational counselling, sales, or a related field.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.
