Role Summary: The Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the enrollment process, providing accurate information about Grras's courses, and addressing their concerns. This individual will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for students from inquiry to enrollment while meeting sales and conversion targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Counselling:
- Understand students' educational and career goals and provide tailored course recommendations.
-Offer clear and comprehensive guidance on Grras's training programs, fees, and placement support.
- Build trust and rapport with students and their families to address their concerns effectively.
2. Lead Management:
- Handle walk-in inquiries, follow up with leads generated through offline and online channels, and convert them into enrolments.
- Update and maintain accurate lead details and status in the CRM system (Meritto).
3. Sales & Conversions:
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets as set by the Sales Manager.
- Communicate the unique value proposition of Grras's training programs, addressing trust objections effectively.
4. Demo Coordination:
- Arrange and follow up on demo sessions for prospective students, ensuring they receive all necessary support during this period
- Address feedback from demos and ensure queries are resolved promptly.
5. Center Visits:
- Ensure a professional, clean, and welcoming environment at the center to leave a positive impression on walk-in prospects.
- Provide seamless coordination between online and offline interactions.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and meet center goals.
- Coordinate with the training team to provide accurate course details to students.
7. Feedback and Reporting:
- Collect and document feedback from students to improve counseling and enrollment processes.
- Generate and submit daily/weekly reports to the Team Lead or Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications
1. Educational Background : - Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred in management, education, or related disciplines).
2. Experience: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer service roles (education industry preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Previous experience in student counseling or education sales.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Jaipur.
- Ability to handle objections related to placements or trust efficiently.
3. Skills and Competencies:-
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, presentable, and professional appearance.
- Ability to build trust and engage students in meaningful conversations.
- Understanding, empathetic, and a good listener to students' concerns and aspirations.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Meritto or similar).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Language Proficiency: - Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory).
