Key Responsibilities
• Test Administration:
• Organize and manage the logistics of IELTS test sessions.
• Ensure compliance with all IELTS policies and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IELTS testing formats and requirements.
• Candidate Support:
• Provide information and assistance to candidates regarding test registration, preparation, and results.
• Address candidate inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the testing process.
• Collaboration:
• Liaise with IELTS examiners, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with marketing and outreach teams to promote IELTS testing and preparation resources.
• Quality Assurance:
• Monitor test administration to ensure fairness, security, and integrity of the testing environment.
• Participate in training and development sessions for staff involved in IELTS administration.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and submit reports on test statistics, candidate performance, and operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of test administration and candidate data.
