Key Responsibilities:

• Student Recruitment:
• Independently source and recruit prospective students through targeted outreach efforts, including networking events, social media, and educational forums.
• Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, educational consultants, and community organizations to expand your client base.

• Manage a portfolio of clients and guide them through the entire admissions process, from initial consultation to enrollment.
• Provide personalized support and timely responses to client inquiries and concerns.
• Performance Metrics:
• Set clear enrollment targets and milestones based on agreed-upon metrics with clients or agencies.
• Track and report progress towards targets regularly, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated on trends in higher education, admission policies, and industry best practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities such as workshops or conferences to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Compensation:

• Earn commissions ranging from Rs 2000 to 2500 per successful admission, based on achieving enrollment targets and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Counseling, Psychology, etc.). A master's degree or relevant certifications may be advantageous.
• Proven experience in admissions counseling, recruitment, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools for client management and data tracking.
