Job Description
Position: Admission Counselor- Mid Level
Roles and responsibilities:
• Generate and Convince parents through calling
• Manage, track and follow up on leads by calling them
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
• Track all appointments, reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
• Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback
• Identify and resolve parent & student concerns; recommend a suitable solution
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduation
Experience : 1-3Years
Skills: Communication (Odia, Hindi, English)
Location: Bhubaneswar
Salary: 9,000-10,000 (Depending on knowledge and experience)
