Admission Counselor
Job Description
Join the dynamic team at IIFT as an Admission Counsellor, where you will play a key role in guiding students to achieve their educational goals. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to assist aspiring candidates with their course selection and admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle walk-ins, phone, and email inquiries from prospective students.
• Provide personalized counseling on available courses and guide students through the application process.
• Follow up on leads generated from various sources and convert them into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate student records in the enrollment system.
• Meet enrollment targets and contribute to revenue growth for the institute.
Requirements:
• Female candidates only
• CBSE background preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and energetic.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Prior experience in the education sector or counselling is a plus.
