Initial Contact Point: Respond to all inbound inquiries from prospective students and their families via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits. Guidance and Support:
Offer guidance to parents regarding the eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and timelines for the admission process. Answer questions about curriculum, school values, infrastructure, and student life.
Follow-up: Maintain consistent communication with prospective parents through follow-up calls, emails, or messages, ensuring that they have all the necessary information to proceed with their application.
2. Application Process Management:

Document Verification: Review the submitted documents for completeness and authenticity. Ensure that all required documents are submitted as per the admission guidelines.
Schedule Interviews/Assessments: Coordinate and schedule interviews or assessments for applicants, if required. Ensure that all appointments are timely and efficiently managed.
3. Conducting School Tours and Orientation:
School Tours: Organize and conduct personalized school tours for prospective families to showcase the facilities, classrooms, extracurricular spaces, and highlight key features of the school.
Provide Detailed Information: Explain the school's vision, mission, academic structure, values, and overall approach to holistic education to prospective students and their parents.

4. Admissions Counselling
