Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive

Admission Counselor

to guide and assist prospective students in choosing the right courses. The role involves lead conversion, student counseling, and ensuring a smooth admission process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inquiries from prospective students via calls, emails, and walk-ins Provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and career prospects Follow up on leads and ensure maximum conversion of inquiries into admissions Guide students through the enrollment process, including documentation and fee structure Maintain and update student records and admission reports Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to generate and nurture leads Address student concerns and provide necessary support during the admission process

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any field Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, sales, or student counseling preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to persuade and convert leads into enrollments Good organizational and time-management skills
