We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Admission Counselor to join our team. As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for

taking admissions for the courses in Thrissur Britfort Academy,guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information on programs, and assisting in enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate information about the programs, admission requirements, and application processes to students.

- Call and convert it to admission

- Increase the number of admission and segregate the students for each course.

- Guide students in completing application forms and submitting necessary documents.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions with students and follow up as necessary.

- Collaborate with the administration to streamline the admission process.

- Address student and parent inquiries through phone and email.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

- Proficiency in English and Malayalam (both spoken and written) is mandatory.

- Proficiency in Hindi and Tamil is an added advantage.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle student queries and provide excellent customer service.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
