Admission Counselor
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential learners.
• Counseling: Provide guidance on program suitability and financial aid.
• Enrollment: Assist learners through the enrollment process.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with learners.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators and report on results.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in sales, counseling, or customer service
• Understanding of upskilling and professional development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM and other relevant tools
• Passion for helping others achieve their goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
