Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Academic Counselor to join our team in Kerala. As an Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students and parents regarding academic programs, career pathways, and personal development. Your role will involve assessing student needs, recommending suitable courses or programs, and ensuring a positive educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents
• Assess students' academic strengths, weaknesses, and career goals
• Provide information on educational opportunities, admission requirements, and scholarships
• Assist in resolving academic or personal issues affecting students' performance
• Organize and participate in educational events, workshops, and seminars

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Proven experience in academic counseling or related roles is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to empathize and build rapport with students and parents
• Knowledge of educational systems, career options, and admission processes
