CTC : Bangalore - 6 months experience in sales 3.8lpa + variable 4LPA , Hyderabad- 1 - 1.6 years of experience in sales 6LPA + Variable 4LPA
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 0.6 to 1.5 years experience in Edtech.
WORK DAYS: Monday to Saturday
WORK TIMINGS: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

SKILLS REQUIRED: SALES, COMMUNICATION SKILLS, WILLING TO WORK IN A TARGET-BASED ENVIRONMENT

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
"Interface with leads via inbound and outbound calls with various sources (in-house / Microsite) Converting leads into confirmed applications PAN India
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Convert leads to enrolments meet monthly targets consistently and meet KPIs.
Responsible for the end-to-end enrolment process, which includes Admission fee collections, finance offers, and EMI collections as per payment terms, along with relevant proofs.
Understand student needs/requirements and pitch a suitable program.
Counseling and interacting with students and Parents.
Support students one-on-one in selecting courses, application process and meeting application deadlines.
Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process, or other procedures.
Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants."

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?380,000.00 per year
