JOB SCOPE

The ideal candidate for this role is a proven sales performer adept in direct-to-consumer consultative sales, particularly in high ticket size products. As a Sales Counsellor in the Music EdTech industry, you will help parents understand the value of the music courses for their children, guiding them towards enrollment.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Act as a mentor and guide for parents, offering insights into how the music courses can enhance their child's learning journey.
• Provide personalised counselling to parents, assisting them in understanding the benefits of the music courses and how they can facilitate their child's growth.
• Meet monthly enrollment targets to contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
• Establish the unique value and effectiveness of the music courses' online/blended learning model to parents.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle for assigned leads, including initiating contact, closing sales, and nurturing post-sales relationships.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of lead interactions within the CRM system, offering continual feedback to the marketing team to enhance lead quality.

Basic Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of B2C sales experience, and at least 1 year preferably in the E-Learning/EdTech/Education industry
• Any Graduate.
• Previous experience working a 6-day work week.
• Proven track record of meeting targets in the existing company.

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Well-organised, responsible, and able to multitask while being committed to excellence.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to ethically persuade parents towards enrolling their children in courses.

Employment Type: Full Time

Location : Bangalore

CTC: Up to 5 lakhs per annum, based on your current CTC and competitive as per industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
