Job Title: Admission Counselor (Sales)

Job Summary:
The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding potential students through the enrollment process, helping them understand course offerings, admission requirements, and career outcomes. The role involves meeting or exceeding sales targets by engaging with prospective students and delivering excellent customer service, fostering a positive image of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Follow-up:
• Contact potential students via phone, email, and in-person to provide program information and answer inquiries.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and applications to guide prospective students through the enrollment process.
• Counseling & Advising:
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' educational and career goals.
• Provide information on program benefits, career outcomes, and financial aid options, helping students choose the best fit.
• Sales & Target Achievement:
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets as set by the institution.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize enrollment and retention.
• Administrative & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of all communications with prospective students in CRM.
• Assist with documentation, application processing, and reporting to ensure smooth enrollment.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
• Participate in open houses, information sessions, and other recruitment events to attract potential students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Business, Marketing, or related).
• 1-3 years of experience in admissions counseling, sales, or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Sales-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills:

• Communication & Persuasion: Ability to clearly explain program details and motivate prospective students to enroll.
• Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, with experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer Focus: Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of prospective students.
• Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple leads and inquiries efficiently.

Working Conditions:

• This role may require some evening and weekend hours, especially during peak enrollment periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Experience:

• total work: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
