You will act as a key point of contact for students and parents, helping them make informed decisions about their education journey.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective students by providing accurate information about the institution, programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
• Guide students through the admission process, including application submission, document verification, and enrollment procedures.
• Conduct student interviews and counseling sessions to understand their academic goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Follow up on inquiries and applications via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to provide necessary information and address concerns.
• Maintain a database of prospective students and update application status regularly.
• Organize and participate in admission-related events such as open houses, education fairs, campus tours, and webinars.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies for student recruitment and increase admissions.
• Stay updated on program changes, university policies, and competitive admissions trends in the education sector.
• Ensure compliance with admission policies, deadlines, and procedures.
• Prepare regular reports on inquiry and admission trends to support enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred but not mandatory).
• 2-3 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or educational consultancy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with the education system and academic programs in India and abroad.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to meet admission goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in counseling for higher education institutes or universities.
• Knowledge of student visa processes and international admissions.
