Job Description

Recruiting

Identifying students whose interests and academic performance align with the college programs, and promoting the college to those students and their parents

Advising

Helping students with the college application process, including providing information on courses, financial aid, and scholarships

Touring

Leading campus tours and other events to provide information on the school and the college experience

Following up

Keeping in touch with students to ensure they have the information and support they need

Applying

Reviewing applications and verifying applicant information

Collaborating

Working with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new students

Representing

Traveling to high schools, technical schools, and community colleges to promote the school

Recording

Maintaining accurate records of interactions with students
Admission counselors should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,670.78 - ?34,879.99 per month
