Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Admission Counselor to assist prospective students in the admission process. The ideal candidate will provide guidance, answer queries, and facilitate the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students with admission-related inquiries.
• Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and eligibility.
• Guide students through the application process.
• Maintain records and follow up with leads.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to meet targets.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in counseling or customer service is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?30,000.00 per month
