Job Description
Job Responsibility Counsellor: -
1. Counselling potential aspirants, helping them plan and understanding how the IAS hub can catalyze their IAS preparation.
2. Carrying weekly enrolments/revenue targets.
3. Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of the IAS hub model of online/blended learning.
4. Owning the complete closing life cycle for leads assigned to you (This includes making phone/video calls, course demonstration, admission formalities, and post admission grievance management).
5. Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on sheets with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing/other teams on lead quality
6. Explain admission procedures and courses offered to prospective students' parents through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
7. Review prospective students for admission Research and verify the accuracy of information.
8. Career paths, they may want to develop a deep understanding of their mindset and approach it logically.
9. To learn about the student's personality and educational qualities. Follow up with students to verify any issues, including discrepancies or missing information.
10. Participate in the decision-making process for student admissions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

• Performance bonus
Experience:
• Admission Counselling: 1 year (Preferred)
