We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team. The candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process, providing them with accurate information about the school's offerings, and ensuring an excellent experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Student Enrollment:
• Counsel prospective students and parents on admission procedures, curriculum details, and other school-related information.
• Facilitate the entire admission process, from inquiries to enrollment, ensuring a smooth experience for applicants.
• Follow up on inquiries received via phone, email, or in-person visits.
• Lead Generation & Outreach:
• Develop and maintain a database of potential leads and follow up to ensure conversion.
• Participate in admission campaigns, education fairs, and promotional activities to enhance outreach.
• Communication:
• Provide detailed and accurate information to parents and students about school facilities, programs, fee structures, and policies.
• Handle inquiries and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Documentation and Record Keeping:
• Assist families with filling out application forms and ensure submission of all required documents.
• Maintain accurate records of admission inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Collaboration with Teams:
• Coordinate with the administration, teaching staff, and management to ensure alignment in admission processes.
• Provide regular updates on admission trends and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Market Research:
• Stay informed about competitor schools and trends in education.
• Suggest innovative ideas to improve the admissions process and marketing strategies.
• Post-Admission Support:
• Assist newly admitted students and parents with orientation and transition processes.
• Address queries from parents and ensure they feel connected with the school community.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and the local language.
• Persuasive, confident, and customer-service-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
• Qualities:
• Highly organized, proactive, and goal-driven.
• Friendly and approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and understanding when addressing parents' concerns.
