Are you passionate about supporting the emotional and social development of young children? We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Preschool Counselor to join our team.

Position: Preschool Counselor

Location: Palam Vihar Gurugram

Responsibilities:

• Provide emotional support and guidance to preschool-aged children.
• Foster a safe and nurturing environment conducive to healthy social and emotional development.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to address behavioral concerns and promote positive classroom dynamics.
• Assist in developing and implementing social skills curriculum.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
• Observe and assess children's behavior to identify areas for intervention and support.
• Stay updated on best practices in early childhood development and counseling.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children, preferably in a counseling or educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy and patience when working with children and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators and staff.
