IBI International is a leading beauty institute dedicated to helping students build successful careers in the beauty and wellness industry.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Admission Counselor to guide students through the admission process, provide information about our programs, and help them start their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling:
• Talk to prospective students to understand their career goals.
• Share information about courses, certifications, and opportunities at IBI International.
• Admission Assistance:
• Help students complete applications and submit required documents.
• Keep records of inquiries and admissions progress.
• Follow-Ups & Lead Management:
• Follow up with leads from inquiries and events to convert them into enrollments.
• Representation:
• Represent the institute at events, career fairs, and workshops.
• Arrange and conduct campus tours for potential students.
• Support & Guidance:
• Offer career advice and guidance to students.
• Build positive relationships and create a welcoming environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience in counseling, admissions, or sales is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office/CRM).

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
