Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will play a crucial role in attracting and enrolling prospective students into our academy's air hostess training program. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our program offerings, and a passion for guiding individuals towards a successful career in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Calling on interested candidates or leads and counsel them to branch visit.
• Face to face counseling of visiting candidates.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide information about the academy's air hostess training program.
• Conduct informational sessions and presentations to groups of prospective students and parents.
• Assist prospective students with the application process, including providing guidance on required documentation and deadlines.
• Conduct admissions interviews to assess the suitability of applicants for the air hostess training program.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value of the academy's training program to prospective students.
• Assist with organizing and participating in recruitment events, such as career fairs and open houses.
• Maintain accurate records of prospective student interactions and admissions activities using the academy's CRM system.
• Prior experience in admissions, recruitment, or sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the aviation industry and air hostess profession is preferred but not required.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals in the aviation industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,453.00 - ?55,687.00 per month
