? Guide prospective students through programme selection and the enrollment process.
? Conduct campus tours and information sessions.
? Maintain prospect records and update CRM databases.
? Ensure timely communication and excellent customer service for applicants.
? Participate in outreach events , career fairs, workshops etc. and provide feedback on market trends.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of experience in counselling, sales, or customer service.
? Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
? Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and social media tools.
? Organized, proactive, and adept at problem-solving.
