• Need to counsel the students via phone call
• Convert them to walk-in/demo if online
• Good communication skills will be an added advantage Telesales counseling
• Calling Student database
• You have to convert those data into the leads and then leads into the admission. Make calls to prospective leads provided by the company
• Handling enquiries and getting the enrollments done by calling.
• Performing counseling & career guidance for students by calling.
• Counsel of Students/parents on courses offered by the brand.
• Converting a prospect into Admissions.
• Resolving candidate queries relating to the course offered.
• Should have already done college admissions.
• Should be willing to travel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
