Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven, and compassionate Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, providing them with all the information they need to make informed decisions about their educational journey at Fluent Fast Academy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Admissions Support:
• Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents.
• Provide detailed information about the academy's courses, programs, fees, and facilities.
• Answer inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person consultations.
• Assist students with the application process, including form submissions and document collection.
• Guide applicants through necessary tests, interviews, and entrance procedures.
• Counseling & Consultation:
• Understand student goals and academic backgrounds to recommend appropriate programs.
• Offer personalized advice on course selection, ensuring alignment with individual learning needs and career objectives.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to discuss educational options and benefits.
• Marketing & Outreach:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for outreach, including school visits, workshops, and seminars.
• Represent Fluent Fast Academy at education fairs and external events to promote our offerings.
• Maintain relationships with external educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
• Data Management & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, admissions status, and feedback.
• Prepare regular reports on the number of applications, conversions, and admissions trends.
• Update and manage the CRM system for tracking potential leads and follow-ups.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all prospective students and their families.
• Address and resolve any concerns or issues related to the admission process.
• Provide post-admission support, including helping students settle in and begin their courses smoothly.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or related field.
• Previous experience in admissions counseling, customer service, or educational sales is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with student management software and CRM tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
