Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled counselor to join our college community. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive counseling services to our students, fostering their academic, emotional, and social well-being.

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:
• Contact with prospective applicants in the centre
• Discuss requirements of applicants, issue prospectus / course brochure / application forms.
• Registration of applicants.
• File records of applicants (minimum qualifying certificates, pre-requisite skill certificates, etc. as per the requirements of each course.)
• Receipt of course / registration fees.
• Inform applicants, if selected.
• Allot batches to successful candidates (Co-ordinate with faculty regarding the same).
• Record and maintain a database of prospective applicants and enquiries from industry etc.
• Follow up activities with industry in coordination with the marketing cell.
• Forward details on the above mentioned responsibilities as requested by the coordinating Person.
• Prepare daily enquiry report
• Coordinate and oversee all marketing/ promotional activities with the marketing executive on all matters that may require him to do so.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Licensed or certified to practice counseling in the state.
Experience working with college students preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to establish rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Commitment to ethical principles and confidentiality.
