Profile: Admission Counselor
Roles and Responsibilities-
•Responsible for managing & converting leads.
•Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, chat, and face to face counseling.
•Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
•Meet and achieve the given weekly, monthly targets.
•Fee Collection every month.
•Student related complete admin work like certification, batch scheduled and file maintain.
