Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls, make calls as per available query list and conduct regular follow ups to gather and successfully close up leads.
• Interacting students via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
• Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
• Resolving queries and issues of students for choosing the right course.
Essential Skills:
• Should be a student motivator.
• Should preferably have working experience in schools, colleges or professional training institutions.
• Should show interest in interaction with aspirant students and their parents and have a skill set to convince them.
• Should be able to select appropriate study programs as per their interest of career.
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English with a pleasing personality.
• Should be calm, composed and patient with a pleasing personality.
• Should have good knowledge of MS Office.
