Job Description

• Student Outreach and Recruitment : Actively engage in outreach efforts, including school visits, college fairs, and information sessions to attract potential students.
• Guidance and Counseling : Provide prospective students and their families with detailed information about academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid options, and campus life.
• Application Process Management : Assist students in completing the application process, reviewing required documents, and ensuring they meet deadlines for submission.
• Evaluation of Applications : Assess applications and academic qualifications, considering factors like test scores, transcripts, and personal statements to determine eligibility.
• Interviewing Prospective Students : Conduct interviews with students to better understand their academic and personal backgrounds, ensuring they align with the institution's standards.
• Organizing Campus Tours : Coordinate and lead campus tours for potential students, showcasing the facilities and highlighting the benefits of the institution.
• Collaboration with Other Departments : Work closely with academic departments, financial aid, and student affairs to streamline the admission process and provide accurate information.
• Tracking and Reporting : Maintain records of student inquiries, applications, and admissions decisions, producing regular reports on admissions activity.
• Follow-up Communication : Ensure consistent follow-up with potential students via calls, emails, or other communication channels to keep them engaged throughout the admissions process.
• Maintaining Current Knowledge : Stay updated on changes in admission policies, programs, and financial aid options to provide accurate guidance to students.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
