The Admission Counselor is responsible for facilitating the admission of students into the school. This role involves providing information, guidance, and support to prospective students and their families, helping them navigate the admissions process and ensuring a seamless transition into the school community.

• •Student Guidance:•
• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families.
• Provide comprehensive information about the school's programs, admission criteria, and application procedures.
• Offer guidance to prospective students in selecting appropriate courses or programs based on their academic interests and goals.
• •Admissions Process:•
• Review and evaluate student applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist students and families in preparing and submitting all required documents, including transcripts, letters of recommendation, and application forms.
• Collaborate with the admissions committee to make informed admission decisions.
• •Student Interviews and Outreach:•
• Conduct interviews or informational sessions with prospective students and their families.
• Participate in school fairs, open houses, and recruitment events to promote the school and its educational offerings.
• Utilize various communication channels (phone, email, in-person meetings) to engage with potential students and their families.
• •Relationship Building:•
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and guardians.
• Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service throughout the admissions process.
• Follow up with prospective students to assess their level of interest and guide them through next steps.
• •Data Management:•
• Maintain accurate and organized records of student interactions, applications, and admission outcomes.
• Generate reports and statistics related to admissions activities.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• •Admissions Events:•
• Assist in planning and executing admissions events, such as open houses, campus tours, and orientation programs.
• Represent the school at both on-campus and off-campus events to promote enrollment.
•Requirements & Skills : •
• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in school admissions, counseling, or a related field is advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening.
• Familiarity with school admission processes and educational programs.
• Proficiency in using technology for record-keeping and communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Empathy and a student-centered approach.
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet the unique needs of prospective students and families.
