The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant field. As an Admission Counselor, you will play a critical role in guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process while promoting our institution.Qualifications and Skills

  • Marketing (Mandatory skill) - Strong marketing skills to effectively promote the institution and its programs to prospective students and their families.
  • Social Media Advertising (Mandatory skill) - Proficiency in using social media platforms for advertising and outreach to attract new students.
  • Admission Officer (Mandatory skill) - Experience in handling admissions procedures and ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
  • Organization - Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Computer Skills - Proficiency in using various computer applications and software essential for admissions processes.
  • Customer Service - Strong customer service skills to provide assistance and information to prospective students and parents in a professional manner.
  • Event Planning - Ability to organize and coordinate admission events, open houses, and orientations effectively.
  • School Knowledge - Understanding of the educational system and curriculum offered by Podar Education Network.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conducting presentations and orientation sessions for prospective students and parents to explain admission procedures and financial aid opportunities.
  • Handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about the institution and its programs.
  • Managing application processes, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews with relevant academic departments.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of prospective students and ensuring data accuracy in the institution\'s database.

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and orientation of new students.
