Job Title : Admissions Counselor / School Sales Representative

Role Overview :We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admissions Counselor to join our team at a residential school in Shimla. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in connecting with prospective parents, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the admissions process. This position requires exceptional communication, organizational skills, and the ability to meet enrollment targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Engage with prospective parents to understand their educational needs and provide comprehensive information about the school's offerings.

2. Achieve monthly student enrollment targets through effective outreach and follow-ups.

3. Acquire in-depth knowledge of the school's curriculum, programs, and parent preferences to provide informed guidance.

4. Conduct school tours, facilitate assessments, and evaluate prospective students to support the admissions process.

Requirements :

Previous experience in a school or educational environment is preferred.

Excellent phone and cold-calling techniques.

Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.

Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.

Proven listening and sales abilities.

Ability to meet or exceed set sales targets.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas, especially over the phone, is highly desirable.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Job Logistics :

The position is based on-site at the school in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.

Candidates must have a functional laptop and mobile phone; the company will provide the SIM card for official use.

The role requires a 6-day work week.
