Roles and Responsibilities Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Admissions Counsellor at CareerSecure. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing guidance and support to the team, assisting in the admissions process, communicating with potential students, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also collaborate with other departments to optimize the admissions process and meet enrollment targets.
• Setting daily/weekly and monthly KPI/TAT and communicating these to the team; ensuring regular reviews are undertaken to assess performance, and productivity of the team. Act as subject matter expert and provide continuous coaching, mentorship, support and engagement to the team.
• Provide Telephonic Counseling through Data Calling, online chat server.
• Provide information about various courses to the students and guiding them about the best course which will be suitable for them.
• Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, batch adjustment, absenteeism, study habits, and career planning.
• Carry out Correspondence by letter, fax, e-mail or phone with parents.
• Provide crisis intervention to students in case the situation demands so.
• Should be able to achieve clear targets set on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
• Should be able to generate and finding new sales leads and make informative video for company.
• Suggest action plans when things are deviating from the standard or actual goals.
• Provide the first line of contact with parents, prospective students and other business associates.
• Counsel students and parents, helping students in processing papers related to Bank Loans.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with prospective students.
• Provide weekly progress reports on student counselling, enquiry follow-ups, and application filing and student responses.
• Initiate, organize successful participation in university / college / academy spot admissions and provide reports on each university / college / academy visit.
• Report to the Management on MIS regarding successful enrollment of students.
Qualifications
• Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Educational background or experience in the education sector
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in admissions counseling or similar roles is a plus
Note:- Candidates must have own laptop and smartphone.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
