Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Location : Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Mohankheda Jain Tirth, Rajgarh (Dhar).

Job Type: Full Time, Residential.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Admission Counsellor to manage and streamline the admission process at our school. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience while meeting the school's enrollment goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage inquiries, provide information, and guide prospective students and parents about school programs, fees, and admission requirements.
• Conduct counseling sessions for families, addressing their queries and providing insights about the school environment.
• Assist in organizing and hosting school tours, open houses, and admission events.
• Process applications, maintain accurate records, and track student enrollment.
• Collaborate with the academic team to assess eligibility and ensure the admission process aligns with school policies.
• Follow up with prospective families to ensure timely completion of documentation and fee payments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, helping them feel supported throughout the admission process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field; preferably in education or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience in an admissions or counselling role, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of CBSE curriculum is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
