? Product Promotion: Counsellors/BDE promote online courses offered by Guru Kashi University, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions to aspiring students.
? Database Management: Counsellors/BDE maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
? Performance Matrix: Counsellors/BDE are evaluated based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rate, lead quality, and sales targets.
? Continuous Learning: Counsellors/BDE Engage in ongoing training and skill development to enhance communication skills, product knowledge, objection handling, and sales techniques.
? Adherences to Policies: Counsellors/BDE comply with University's policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including data protection regulations, confidentiality agreements, and call scripts.
