Job Description
Admission Counsellor - TSUS Noida Extn. at Shri Educare LimitedThe Shri Ram Universal School - Noida Extension, invites smart, energetic and creative professionals to be a part its family. We are looking for someone who is extremely customer centric and passionate towards new challenges to achieve the goal.The role primarily focuses on the following:
- Responsible to facilitate the entire admission process for prospective parents & address queries of prospective and existing parents
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources and effective conversion of leads
- Providing in-depth information to prospective parents, this includes counselling
- Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time on ERP software
- Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly, and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
- Handle objections and reasons for negotiation to increase enrolment of the student
- Maintain effective communication till the time student is onboarded
- Responsible for adherence of the inside admission process, tools and data management
- Good Communication skills.
- Must be quick learner
- Ability to handle pressure
- Prior experience of customer handling
- Readiness for work in a target-based role.
- MS Office proficient with skills to handle ERP
