Sharing course details and counselling the candidates. Motivating & convincing candidates to join the course best suited for them. Handling inquiries and direct visitors independently. Following up with interested candidates. Managing database on a day to day basis. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline. Proven track record of 2-5 years in outbound calling, tele-sales, B2C sales, and cold calling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers. Fluent English language proficiency, both verbal and written. Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
