Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling:

Provide accurate and comprehensive information about courses, admission requirements, and career prospects. Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions for students and parents. Assess student needs, interests, and academic background to suggest appropriate programs.

Lead Management:

Handle and follow up on admission inquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins. Maintain an organized database of prospective students and track their application progress. Ensure timely responses and personalized follow-ups to maximize enrollment.

Admission Process Coordination:

Assist students in completing admission forms, documentation, and fee submissions. Coordinate with the academic and administrative departments for seamless processing of applications. Keep students updated on admission status, deadlines, and required formalities.

Marketing and Outreach:

Represent the institution at education fairs, school visits, and career counseling sessions. Conduct webinars, seminars, and workshops to create awareness about the institution and its programs. Develop promotional materials and contribute to social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Student Engagement and Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational consultants. Address concerns, queries, and grievances with professionalism and empathy. Ensure student satisfaction and retention through continuous support and guidance.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare reports on admission trends, conversion rates, and student feedback. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the admission process and student experience. Collaborate with the management team to refine admission strategies.
