As an Admission Counsellor, your primary responsibility is to assist prospective students in the enrolment process for educational programs or courses offered by an institution. Your duties typically include:
• Providing information: You offer detailed information about the programs, courses, and offerings available at the institution, including curriculum, schedule, prerequisites, and tuition costs.
• Advising: You counsel students on their educational goals and help them choose the most suitable program or course based on their interests, career aspirations, and academic background.
• Application assistance: You guide students through the enrolment process, assisting them with completing application forms, gathering required documentation, and meeting deadlines.
• Financial aid guidance: You provide information and guidance on financial aid options available to students, including scholarships, grants, loans, and payment plans. You may assist students in completing financial aid applications and understanding their eligibility for various forms of assistance.
• Lead Conversion.
