Job Role: Admission Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Conversion & Sales:

o Engage with prospective students (leads) and guide them through the application process to convert them into successful applicants.

o Provide tailored advice about study abroad programs, universities, and visa requirements to help students make informed decisions.

o Follow up with leads regularly, ensuring that they are aware of deadlines and application steps, and convert them into applications.

o Meet and exceed conversion targets and KPIs related to lead generation and student applications through effective sales and counseling strategies.

2. Student Counseling and Guidance:

o Provide in-depth counseling and guidance to students and families, helping them select suitable study destinations, courses, and universities.

o Assist with application form completion, essay writing, and interview preparations to maximize the chances of successful acceptance.

o Advise students on available scholarships and financial aid options, ensuring they are well-prepared for their studies abroad.

3. Relationship Management & Client Support:

o Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with prospective and enrolled students, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional service throughout the application and admission process.

o Serve as the primary point of contact for students, ensuring they receive timely updates, solutions, and guidance on their study abroad journey.

o Maintain communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed and involved in the student's progress.

4. Collaboration with Universities & Educational Institutions:

o Develop and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions abroad to stay updated on admission requirements, program offerings, and scholarship opportunities.

o Facilitate application submissions and ensure smooth processing of applications through coordination with university admissions offices.

5. Visa and Immigration Guidance:

o Provide accurate guidance on the visa application process, documentation requirements, interviews, and other immigration-related concerns.

o Keep students informed about immigration regulations, travel arrangements, and pre-departure preparations.

6. Marketing & Promotional Activities:

o Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team (ERA AI) to create and execute effective marketing strategies that promote the consultancy's services and study abroad programs.

o Work on social media campaigns, creating engaging posters, reels, and videos that showcase the consultancy's services, success stories, and educational opportunities.

o Assist in creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to raise brand awareness, attract potential leads, and increase student engagement.

o Participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to develop creative and visually appealing marketing materials.

o Contribute ideas for video content, infographics, reels, and testimonials to boost engagement and enhance the consultancy's online presence.

7. Market Research & Analysis:

o Conduct research on the latest trends in international education, popular study destinations, and emerging programs to stay ahead of market demands.

o Analyze competitor marketing strategies and student preferences to develop better lead conversion strategies.

Skills Required:

Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals and convert leads into successful applicants. Creativity & Content Creation: Ability to work with the marketing team to create compelling social media content, posters, reels, and videos. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and educational institutions. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families, providing personalized support. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple applications, track deadlines, and maintain an organized database of student profiles. Cultural Awareness: Understanding of international education systems, visa regulations, and cultural sensitivities. Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to overcoming obstacles and ensuring students' application processes run smoothly. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in reviewing applications, documents, and student profiles.
Work Experience:

Experience in Sales & Admission Counseling: Previous experience in student counseling, sales, or admissions, particularly in an international or overseas education setting. Customer Service Experience: Strong background in client management, with an emphasis on converting leads into customers and delivering exceptional service. Marketing Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with creating content for social media, working with marketing teams, and promoting services through digital channels.
Education Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Education, Marketing, Business, International Relations, or a related field. Master's Degree (Preferred): A master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a relevant discipline may be beneficial. Certifications: Certification in Sales, Education Counseling, or International Education Consulting is an advantage.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
